Revie London is a luxury online marketplace and your items will be delivered  directly to you. We offer FREE delivery to anywhere in the UK and N Ireland.

The Revie Collection is made to order in London. This may take up to 7-14  working days in the UK (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once made, the item(s) will be delivered to you on a Next Working Day service.

Please refer to each individual product page for more information. 

A signature may be required upon receipt so please ensure there is someone there to accept your package. If you are not there to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection. 

For worldwide deliveries, please allow up to 20 days. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be extremely happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return an item please follow the instruction below:

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Ensure you return your order within the 14 days return period and that your item(s) are unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all tags intact.
Take your package(s) to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail Delivery Centre. Remember to retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Revie London is not responsible for items lost in transit.

CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

  • Yes, at any point you can enter your reference number at the Royal Mail Tracked Returns Portal(www.royalmail.com/track-your-item) and find out where your parcel is.

HOW LONG UNTIL I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • Please allow up to up to 14 working days from the day your item has been received back into our warehouse for your refund to be issued back into your account. This allows time to receive and process your return, for your bank or PayPal to get the funds back into your account. You will receive an email from us once your refund has been completed.
  • If you have not received your refund after 20 days, please email revielondon@gmail.com and we will deal with your inquiry immediately.

Please note that we are unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.

CAN I USE MY OWN RETURNS METHOD?

  • Yes, but this will be at your own expense.
  • Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Revie London is not responsible for items lost in transit.


WHAT IF I AM OUTSIDE THE 14 DAY RETURNS PERIOD?

  • If you return your purchase after 14 days (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right to refuse you a refund. 


COST OF REFUND 
If you are refunding at item because of an error on our part i.e. because it is damaged or there is a defect then we will issue a full refund providing the item is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. All returns are thoroughly checked by our Quality Control Team.

When returning an item, we will refund you the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery (if paid) – Delivery charges will only be refunded if the goods are delivered faulty or incorrect. 
Please note, we are unable to refund the cost of returns sent back to us.

I WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  • We can offer exchanges for the item in an alternative size or colour.

Please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange your order.
